Site Info Dropdown — How?

In mobile view, you will be showing only a short title. Configure a site info drop down in the theme customizer in two steps:

(1) Select Site Info Page.
(2) Select Widgets, Site Info Splash and put something in that widget area.

In the widget area, you could use a text widget or use a Front Page Summary Widget and hook it to a page or post.
