The responsive-tabs wordpress theme was developed by Will Brownsberger, a State Senator in Massachusetts with a background in software development. He developed it in collaboration with Jane Winsor, a professional graphic designer. It is the theme he uses for his daily constituent communications. Its design has been optimized and refined through that daily experience.
